Refund Policy

Donations Refund Policy – If you change your mind about contributing to The WOW Center, Inc. for any reason, we’ll be happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund within 15 days from the date you made the contribution. Request for a refund must be made in writing to The WOW Center, Inc. 11450 SW 79th Street, Miami, Florida 33173. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution, or by agency check if the donation was paid for with a check or cash.

Ticket Reservation Refund Policy – If you have reserved tickets to an event and find that you will not be able to attend prior to 15 days of the event, we will refund the ticket price in full. Requests for refunds within 15 days of the event cannot be refunded. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original reservation or by agency check if the tickets were paid for with a check or cash.
